surprising fun in the sun!

the animation team worked hard and provided entertainment. activities ran all day near the pool. the staff seemed dedicated, from morning to night. the shows each evening were fun and engaging!
The wifi was spotty and worked best only in common areas. It was sometimes a challenge to connect in my room.

the rooms had everything one needs for the stay. they included a very good shower, and i liked that the bathrooms were nice and clean. beds were comfortable.

the location was convenient, with the beach less than a five minute walk from the hotel! the sand was clean, and the promenade stretched for five miles. this was great for running.

the hotel had well kept gardens and several pools to choose from. i liked the main pool and the quieter pools for a chilled setting! the sports facilities included a clay court for tennis.

chaotic canteenlimited drinks
the food was a real letdown! the restaurant reminded me of a chaotic canteen. i had to set my own table. i also wasn't thrilled that the staff seemed to prioritize serving those who tipped well at the bar, that's a kind of gross pressure to put on guests. the drink options were super limited, too, it reminded me of the bare minimum.

The complex features multiple swimming pools (I counted at least four!) that were all well kept. Staff members were consistently polite. Reception staff, cleaners, and entertainment crew were always attentive. The grounds were clean, and the pool areas had plenty of space.

The staff at the main pool bar were very happy to help. There are many shops on site. I was able to buy sweets and spices.
The cleanliness in the room was not great. Curtains were torn and there was an empty crisp packet behind the safe. The air conditioning didn't work.

I enjoyed the three swimming pools. There were always available loungers. The pools looked clean. The grounds are well-kept, and staff kept the area tidy. THE hotel shops offered a variety of goods, including souvenirs and snacks.
The wi-fi signal was weak outside the lobby area.
